The hiring company company specialise in M&E engineering, technical FM, automation control and IT solutions across the UK. This position is to provide H&S Management across the Northern region, with flexibility on where you can be based from Cheshire to Derbyshire and north of there. Travel with the role will predominantly be across Northern England and into Scotland. Duties include; Key support role in the QHSE management team. Monitoring and reviewing QHSE performance. Support the production of project/contract safety plans from inception through to completion. Co-ordinating annual improvement plans. Undertake investigations into any accidents which may occur Prepare and present QHSE reports Develop and deliver health and safety training Advise the management team on current and forthcoming issues Contribute to the National QSHE Team in the strategic direction and development to review policy, procedures and safety culture. Assist with Mobilisation of new contracts Co-ordination of quality processes and internal auditing. Review, develop and ensure implementation of systems, procedures and policies. Ensuring certifications are held to OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. They require experience of; FM, M&E and multi site experience Experience of implementing and reviewing systems. Experience of managing certifications in OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001. The role will pay c£45-50k + car allowance and other benefits.
